In case of the unfortunate event of an accident/breakdown resulting in the immobilisation of the vehicle, your car will be replaced with another one within 24 hours from the time the accident/breakdown has been reported. Our company has the right to investigate the causes of the accident/breakdown and deny the replacement of the car if the use of the car was against terms & conditions.

You will be completely relieved from the responsibility of any damage caused on your car rental in Crete.

That is why a credit card is not required to rent a car, as no additional cost has to be deducted by yourselves – no extra amount will be taken from you!

Traffic Violations, Traffic fines and Administrative Sanctions Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the renter’s responsibility. If any such administrative sanction is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the renter. CDW insurance does not cover underside the car damages as well as car tires.
