Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, Kafetzakis Car Rental Services provide all vehicles with Full insurance with no excess!

All prices include:

  • Fully comprehensive insurance, collision damage waiver with zero excess (c.d.w.)
  • Full cover for Fire ,Theft , Windows and Mirrors
  • Ρersonal Αccident Ιnsurance for all passengers
  • Third party insurance

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply choosing the one you prefer from our website.

Immediately after the submission process of you personal information you will receive a confirmation email (check your spam also) of you reservation and pick up details.

Do i need a credit card to book a car form you?

No you don’t need a credit card to book a car form us. Only some few special models require deposit. The amount of the deposit varies according to the car model. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, we collect the full cost of the rental and a security deposit.

Which car models requires deposit?

When you select a vehicle it is indicated whether a deposit is requird or not.

When will you refund me the deposit?

Once you return the vehicle, We will refund your security deposit in full, unless there are additional unplanned charges – such as fuel replacement, vehicle damage or a late return. The time it takes to receive your refund is based on the method of payment used to pay for your rental. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

You can pay by cash or by credit card, on your arrival.

Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?

You can pick up the car at the address: 16 Doukos Bofor Street Heraklion, which is our office located, or from the location of your choice, such as Heraklion, Chania Airport or Port.
You may also get your car at your hotel, airbnb of your desire and  the car can  be returned to the Airport, Port with free of charge or on an agreed location.

Can I change the reservation details after i book?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation after booking, please use your personal reservation number you have received via email. Make the changes you want at ‘My Reservations’ area at our Website.

When you are done you will reveive a new email with the changes applied.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?

If your car breaks down, please call us immediately at +30 2810224254, or +30 6987957952. Our insurance policy covers you with 24/7 road assistance and free replacement in case of a serious damage, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

In case of car damage please notify us immediately. If the car is returned with serious problems without notification them the insurance policy is not valid.

Do you deliver cars outside Heraklion City?

Yes, we deliver cars to hotels, airbnbs or to the location of your choice nearby Heraklion City without any extra cost.

We also deliver to Chania with an extra fee of 30€.
