Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, Kafetzakis Car Rental Services provide to all our vehicles Full insurance, because we care about our customers!

Full insurance inludes:

  • Third Party Insurance
  • Fire & Theft Insurance with NO excess
  • Personal Accident Insurance for passengers & drivers
  • Collision damage waiver with NO excess
  • Insurance for mirrors and glasses

What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

You can pay by cash or by Cretid Card,  On your Arrival!

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu  but you can do it by calling +30 2810 224 254.
If you choose to reserve a car online, you will get a reservation code which you can use it as a refernce.

Can I change the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call +30 2810 224254 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contact section.

Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?

You can take the car at the address 16 Doukos Bofor Street Heraklion Crete, or from the location of your choice, like Heraklion, Chania Airports or Ports.
You may also get your car at your Hotel. The car has to be returned to an agreed location in Crete.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?

If your car breaks down, please call us immediately at +30 2810224254, our customers are covered with 24/7 road assistance and Free replacement in case of a serious damage, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Do you deliver cars outside Heraklion City?

Yes, we deliver you the car to the location of your choice for an additional price, if it is far from Heraklion City.
